My BBQ pan started leaking grease on my patio. The original grease catch pan was rusted pretty bad. Those parts are not easy to find so I decided to design it in Solidworks using sheet metal tool.

This pan slides from behind.

It was missing a handle so that was easy fix.

Had to trim the bolt.

I bought a BBQ cover to protect for winter season. This BBQ is 8-10 years old and was never protected during winter. I did change some parts and hope to keep it an other 10 years! 🤞

Here is an update after few month.  

Heat made is crooked. But once installed, that is not an issue.

When I clean it, water got trap, so maybe next time I could add holes in the side walls. But you have to make sure the grease does not leak from those new holes.
